If the customer cancels service before the end of the paid-up month, the service will be cancelled and in the near future the customer will not be charged. In different active servers, the client data is archived as and when the need arises in the future. The customer is responsible for canceling the account and it’s going to be his will. The request will be sent to the account service manager for the account cancellation and the customer will receive an acknowledgement for this. If the customer uses the illegal software, our tech support company will cancel the account. Our technical support company is entitled to refuse the services resulting from unauthorized access. There will be no access to PC services by terminating the account.
Content Ownership and Copyright
Our company will be entitled to delete unauthorized content. The data shared with our company will remain that individual’s or third party’s intellectual property. We won’t own the copy rights in such cases.
